Blended Bliss

Protein Shake great for morning meal, this recipe is a variation of one I found a long time ago.

1/3 cup oatmeal
8 oz Vanilla Soy Milk
1/3 cup of Vanilla Yogert
Splash of Vanilla Extract
3 Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1 Scoop of Vanilla Appetizer Diet Shake
Appetizer Shake With 18g of Protein

Blend on Low 30 Seconds, Blend on High 30 – 60 Seconds
